There are many different styles of wedding rings on the market today from traditional styles through to very unique customized rings. As with wedding rings, eternity and anniversary rings come in many different designs and styles. One of the most popular is called a half eternity ring, which uses the channel style setting around half of the ring. Diamonds can be intermixed with other precious or semi-precious stones in the ring or it can be all diamonds.
The benefit to the half eternity ring style is that it will match with any style of wedding rings since it is a rounded or flat band and will sit level with the other bands in the set. Since the diamonds don’t protrude from the ring they are comfortable to wear and can be easily resized as needed.
Wearing all three rings, the wedding rings and the eternity or anniversary ring, together is very popular and makes a striking presentation. For those that want a bit more dazzle to a plain wedding band, the eternity ring can be worn in the plain band’s place some or all of the time.
